We do not have a minimum order policy in effect at this time. Each order, large or small, is appreciated and shipped with equal care and attention.
Returns require MTS advance authorization. A RMA “Return Merchandise Authorization” number will issued to you and must appear on the package. Returned Merchandise are subject to a 20%
restocking fee. Credit will not be issued for any freight charges.
In stock items are shipped via UPS Ground within 24 hours, Monday - Friday. All goods are invoiced F.O.B. Freight costs will be added to your invoice.
Once delivered to the transportation company goods become the property of the purchaser who assumes the risk of damage in route.
All claims for shortages and / or damaged goods must be made within 3 days of receipt of goods. If a shipment is damaged and / or lost by the delivering carrier, it is the buyer’s responsibility to file the appropriate claim with the carrier.
MTS International Ltd., Co. is required by law to charge state and local tax on items for which sales tax exemption certification has not been provided.
If your business is located in the state of Texas please fax us a Sales Tax Exemption certificate.
All orders are shipped pre-paid.
For customer with established open account, term is Net 30 days from date of shipment. For a credit application please call us. For processing of credit application please allow 2 weeks. For customers without an account, payments must be made with a credit card or shipped C.O.D. all C.O.D. shipments over $500.00 will require payment by cashier’s check.
